By accessing or using this software, the user irrevocably agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the user's reliance upon, interpretation of, or actions taken (or not taken) based on the Information provided.
